Blenko on TV
Hillary Homburg from the Heart of Glass blog wants us to be aware that our beloved Blenko Glass Company will be featured on Rachel Ray this Thursday, February 7th.
Blenko Glass is a regional favorite of mine, so of course I follow Hillary’s blog. She teaches about the history of Blenko, shows off new items and helps collectors to find out information about their pieces. And of course there are lots of gorgeous pictures of their colorful glass!
Blenko is a go-to source for gifts. It’s so nice to give someone a present and say, “This is something handmade in my area.” This can be an especially nice surprise for someone who has moved away and misses life here.
The next time you send someone flowers, ask they to put them in a Blenko vase. They’ll even fill a vase you’ve purchased at Blenko and deliver it for you if you want to pick something yourself.

Chris, I’ve been a fan of Blenko for ages! When I was little, I loved to see light pouring through the glass in Grandma’s living room window. Too pretty!

I’ve seen your previous posts about Blenko and have to say it is absolutely beautiful. Blue is one of my favorites colors.
