I like a blog that has a good mix of both (text & video). I think it’s rare that a blogger can keep you entertained with their simple text, so the video helps leverage your enthusiasm.

But you always have great things to say Sarah. With you it’s always entertaining And I’m not just saying that as fluff or to blow smoke. It’s true. So in this case, I think the video will only elevate your reader’s enthusiasm. It’s pretty neat to match a name with a face with an author. Get what I mean?

Personally I love when video is incorporated into blogs. I am an avid blog reader and to have the excape from reading to view a short video is very appealing to me, not to mention an effective way to get your message across.

Count me in with the rest. As long as they are short. I lose my attention span if they get to be over 3 minutes.
