Help Pick WV’s Welcome Message

wvyouchoose.jpgThank goodness, this time we get a say in our Welcome Message!

Those signs that welcome people to our state said, “West Virginia, Open for Business” for a while and personally it wasn’t my favorite. I see so much more to our state than just work — and I want people to come here to PLAY!

We are choosing between the top three suggestions placed in an earlier poll answered by more than 60,000 West Virginians. Our choices are:

  • Almost Heaven
  • The Mountain State
  • Wild, Wonderful

    Sarah… it’s always been “Almost Heaven” for me. That was my vote!
